Privacy at CueGlance

We only process the information required for beta applications, customer accounts, personal setup, secure pairing and support. We do not sell personal data and do not send automated advertising emails.

Beta applications and customer accounts

Your contact email, optional name, product interest, referral information and consent are stored on the protected CueGlance server. For Reader access, we additionally process the Even ID and connection status. The contact address is used for passwordless portal sign-in, personal setup and support.

Pairing and access

One-time codes expire and can only be used once. Login links and portal sessions also expire. Login, session and pairing secrets are stored only as cryptographic hashes on the server; clear-text secrets are not stored permanently.
